**Job description**

**About Agratas**:
We’re a recently established global battery enterprise and a subsidiary of the Tata Group which owns Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) and Tata Motors. We’ll be pioneering the design, development, and manufacturing of batteries for electric vehicles (EVs) at our state-of-the-art gigafactory in the UK.

As the **Process Excellence and Capabilities**, you will be responsible for supporting process improvement initiatives, overseeing the implementation of SAP (S4 HANA) from a process perspective, and leading the finance processes for our organization. You will be expected to bring your extensive technical expertise in process optimization, all within the context of the manufacturing industry.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality within the record to report, procure to pay, manufacturing, and order to cash processes.
- Support the successful implementation of SAP, with a focus on S4 HANA, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's process needs and objectives.
- Provide strong support and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Leverage your in-depth technical knowledge of financial processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
- Be at the forefront of setting up and configuring financial systems and processes as the organization's finance function is established.
- Ensure that the implemented processes are followed rigorously and establish monitoring mechanisms to safeguard the integrity and effectiveness of these processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of finance processes with other areas of the business.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards in financial operations.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.
- Proven experience in leadership roles within the manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of successful SAP implementations, ideally with a focus on S4 HANA.
- Sound technical knowledge in record to report, procure to pay, manufacturing, and order to cash processes.
- Experience in leading change initiatives and fostering a culture of process excellence.
- Comfortable working in a startup mode, taking initiative, and adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
