Sales Office Apprentice

GPC has an exciting new position for a Sales Office Apprentice. The apprenticeship would be under the National Apprenticeship Service through Boston College

To assist the sales department and other departments in the office to run smoothly and efficiently enabling a more proactive service to be given to our customers
- Update information into the Sales Processing System. Including Order Acknowledgements, Data entry regarding new products / prices
- Conduct Sales Analysis. Including sales figures / despatch analysis, using the Microsoft System
- Sales Reports, using Microsoft system
- Liaise with factories regarding despatch of orders
- Support sales team by dealing with telephone calls as required
- Order checking with specification matching
- Collating Information for production of graphs and presentations.
- Collating information and producing monthly reports for the directors
- Obtaining POD’s and distributing to customers
- Organising outstanding order reports and liaising with the factories with regards to despatch times
- Logging into customers portals and updating information.

**Salary**: From £4.81 per hour
