I am currently representing a specialist company based in Redhill who are looking for a Sales Administrator/Senior Customer Service Executive to support their growing business. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone with experience within a officeenvironment who is looking to further their skillset. The role is on site with no option of hybrid or remote working.
Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assigning and removing products, whilst updating customer accounts
- Activating products and setting up billing subscriptions
- Explaining to customers how to manage their products and information
- Relaying tariff information to consumers
- Taking calls for sales leads, answering customer enquiries, and taking payments over the phone, and directing callers to the relevant information to help answer their query.
- Managing SIM contracts when subscriptions change
- Locating payment information and where necessary generating reports for clients.
- Being first port of call for incoming calls and directing to the relevant person
**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
- Competency of Excel, Word and Outlook
- 4 + year in a customer service role is essential
- Driving Licence is essential
