Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Detailed understanding of how IT systems work in an insurance or financial services environment
Demonstrable experience working with ServiceNow Asset Manager or equivalent Asset Management tool
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities

**Here are some of the main responsibilities of the IT Asset Management Controller role, based in Eastleigh**:
Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate asset tracking, financial reporting, and optimization of asset utilization
Develop and implement IT asset management policies, procedures, and processes that align with Ageas goals and strategies
Monitor and report on the inventory, location, status, and ownership of IT assets throughout their lifecycle
Plan and coordinate the acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets
Ensure that IT assets are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and policies, and conduct regular audits and reviews
