The role involves assisting our clients with daily activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their well-being. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing a range of care and support services to our clients, including: - Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) - Supporting with medication administration - Helping with meal preparation and household tasks - Providing companionship and emotional support - Assisting with mobility and ensuring client safety - Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities **Requirements**: - Must have the right to work in the UK (We are not offering sponsorship at this time) - Must be a driver with access to a vehicle (moped or car) - A caring and compassionate nature - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract Pay: From £11.44 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Additional pay: - Commission pay **Benefits**: - Company pension - Employee discount - Health & wellbeing programme - Referral programme - Store discount **Language**: - English (required) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (required) **Location**: - Harrow, Greater London (required) Work Location: In person
