3rd Line Engineer

You will have a solid understanding of small business networking and will be experienced in PC/Server hardware troubleshooting and installation including windows client operating systems (Windows 8, 10, Mac OSX).

You will also have core skills in Autotask PSA, Datto RMM, Microsoft 365, Ubiquiti UniFi, Veeam backup and replication, DUO, AhSay, Webroot, Sophos XG.

Your day to day will be:

- Logging issues and working through tickets, seeing them through to the end and escalating only when needed
- Provide remote support using RMM (remote monitoring and managing) system and manage any alerts
- Manage client expectations and build rapport with them
- Monitor back-up systems
- Proactively managing and prioritising work queues
- Travelling to client sites to support when required
- Maintaining accurate notes, documentation, and paperwork in-line with Company expectations
