**Salary**: Up to £12.21 per hour + uplift for classes

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Healthy Life Co-ordinator to join our team.

You will work a 20-hour contract split across three gym locations and occasionally in the community to deliver the Healthy Life Exercise Referral Programme in Oaktree Leisure Centre, Warsop Health Hub and Water Meadows Leisure Complex. This includes making calls, initial consultations, inductions, programmes, monitoring plus delivering classes.

You will extend services into the wider community through targeted outreach programmes and initiatives under the Active Communities programme in conjunction with the Health and Wellbeing Manager, assess and adapt sessions to meet the needs of individual participants, considering any medical conditions or physical limitations.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.

**About you**

To be considered for this role you **must be qualified to level 3 in exercise referral**, as well as be passionate about exercise and healthy lifestyle, excellent communication skills, basic IT skills and be flexible with working pattern - some evenings and weekends maybe needed.

It is desirable that you hold a further health related qualification such as Cardiac, neuro, pulmonary, cancer rehab or aqua referral.
