And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a Donor Follow Up Coordinator to join our Donor Follow Up team.

**Title**:Donor Follow Up Coordinator**

**Salary**:£26,777 per annum, rising to £29,253 per annum after successful completion of 6 months probationary period**

**Contract: Permanent, **full time**

**Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)**

**Location**:Hybrid between head office in Hampstead, London and home working**

The Donor Follow up team at Anthony Nolan works with our stem cell donors to provide them with the best possible follow up relating to their physical and emotional recovery after their donation. The team also facilitates the patient-donor journey, working with patients and donors, transplant centres and international registries.

As Donor Follow Up Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing support to donors on all aspects of their recovery, including their physical and emotional health.
- Maintaining and accurately updating our donor/patient database and dealing with sensitive donor and patient information working within our quality standards to meet our accreditation and regulatory requirements.
- Working with patients, donors, UK transplant centre coordinators and international registries to facilitate the patient -donor journey, complying with our donor-patient confidentiality policy. This includes reviewing donor-patient correspondence, managing direct contact requests and queries.
- Collaborating with and providing cover for the team, actively sharing best practice and supporting your colleagues.

You will have demonstrable experience of delivering great customer service, excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and confidence in handling medical and emotional health information and be able to make decisions in sensitive situations.
