As the Centre of Excellence for HR Change & Colleague Experience we are the driving force behind that idea with a focus on actively listening to our colleagues, creating conversations and feedback loops, knowing them better than anyone else and using this insight to effect change, motivating them to make a difference, recognising them, and supporting a positive and inclusive working environment.
