If so, we want you to join our clients team as a Property Management Superstar in Englefield Green
Our clients are a dynamic and fast-growing property management company looking for someone with experience managing a large residential and student portfolio. You'll need to have excellent organisational and communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for our landlords and tenants, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Manage a portfolio of properties, including conducting regular inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and handling tenancy agreements and renewals.
- Ensure that all relevant legislation and compliance requirements are adhered to, including health and safety regulations, tenancy laws, and GDPR.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, negotiating competitive rates and ensuring quality work.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on portfolio performance and key metrics, using your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in property management, preferably with experience managing a student portfolio.
- A Propertymark L3 qualification would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5:30 pm, with one day a week working from home after the probation period.
