**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to clean houses in Battersea, Clapham and Wandsworth. Working a minimum of 2 hours per work. As a House Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential homes. **Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are used efficiently and safely, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
- Maintain an organised inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

**Skills**
- Experience cleaning homes or similar roles is highly desirable.
- Basic cooking skills are a plus for clients who may require meal preparation assistance.
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is beneficial, showcasing an understanding of high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
