Section Lead

How would you like to be part of helping Santa deliver parcels to little Leo or Paige in time for Christmas day? This role could be just what you are looking for to be part of the magical experience of being santa’s little elves. We are currently recruiting section leaders. This role will be based at our magical grotto in Winwick. We can offer full/part time hours on a permanent or fixed term basis.

**What We Can Offer You**:
**Days: £10.36 - £11.28 depending on daily duties.**

**Nights: £11.07 - £11.99 depending on daily duties.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- You will coach and train new elves through the induction process and providing a friendly face through the buddy programme. The ongoing upskilling of our elves via enhanced operational training supported by Training and Implementation Manager.
- Support rolling out of new processes within the depot supported by head elf. Motivating and supporting a team of elves within their department including throughputs, parcel presentation and productivity levels.
- Point of contact for all elves working within their department. Communicating any issues and daily performance to the supervisors. Ensuring that all H&S and hygiene requirements are adhered to within their operational zone.
- Support the head elf in the delivery of excellent operational standards and provide supervisory cover if requested. Lead by example in creating a professional and positive work environment for the other elves.

**Essential Skills & Experience Required**:

- You must have clear and effective communication skills and have a positive outlook. You must feel confident to be able to present in front of a small group & have the ability to get the best out of people.
- You must be enthusiastic, energetic, motivational & proactive.
