**Location**: Flexible, with regular visits to Hillingdon and Bracknell

**Salary Range**:£41,000 - £43,000 gross per annum, depending on experience

**Main Objectives of the Electrical Supervisor role**:

- Working between the office and site visits to oversee the team of electricians conducting work on domestic and commercial properties, to check and ensure full compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Supervising trades and managing subcontractors' teams to ensure adequate workmanship and delivery in line with client’s expectations and project specifications
- Checking and signing off electrical certificates (EICR, EIC, Fire alarm installations)
- Providing technical support for all engineers and site management teams
- Producing monthly electrical reports for clients

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Social housing experience and testing in domestic properties
- Ability to undertake NICEIC assessment to obtain or already have Qualifying Supervisor (QS) status
- 18th Edition
- 2391, 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing
- NVQ Level 3
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, allow you to deal with complaints and challenges in a calm and professional manner
- Prioritisation skills and flexibility are required in order to meet commitments and deadlines

**Desirable, but not essential**:

- Asbestos Awareness Training
- ECS(Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) card
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
