VFS Financial Services Ltd is an exciting, fast-paced captive finance house with motivated people who love to challenge themselves and achieve set goals. We embrace change and love our diverse workforce.
You will support the team and take responsibility for both older and higher-risk debt and a selection of fleet customers. You will also be expected to liaise with other teams to resolve queries, the Head of Remarketing, and outside agencies when it comes to repossessions and legal action.
Your responsibilities:

- Identify risks and plan the best resolution on a customer by customer basis.
- Creating legal instructions for external solicitors and monitoring cases.
- Communicate with customers, internal commercial teams, administration departments, dealers, Administrators, and external agents to resolve disputes and queries in order to resolve the debt.
- Maximise the percentage of customers paying by direct debit

**Who are you?**
We are looking for someone with lots of confidence, who is comfortable speaking on the phone, challenging customers, and is open to asking questions. You need to be able to solve queries and identify where other help may be required. We need a team player, someone who can organise and manage workload effectively and has a strong eye for detail and in turn, strong problem-solving skills.
