MPLOY is looking introduce a permanent Estate Secretary to our brand-new client near Dorchester/Yeovil.

Why should you be interested? Our client is offering:

- an annual salary of £26,000 to £28,000, dependant on experience/salary expectations. Our client regularly reviews salaries, annually, with a view of progressing pay regularly.
- 29 days of annual leave per year, including Bank Holidays.
- office based Monday to Friday work with an offered 37.5 hour per week contract. Expect hours of work from 08:30 to 17:00 daily with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

- a highly commutable location with free onsite parking. Our client is a 20-minute drive from Dorchester and an 18-minute drive from Yeovil. Our client is in a remote location so a driving licence/own transport is a must.

- likes diverse work & getting ‘stuck in’. In post, you’ll closely support our client’s Estate Manager in:

- offering a welcoming, hospitable & efficient greeting to all Estate Office visitors.
- typing up dictations, formal letters, minutes, reports, memos etc.
- performing telephone triage (inbound calls) and managing incoming & outgoing post (couriers & franking).
- filing & organising important documents.
- booking conference rooms & providing refreshment.
- supporting with property enquires, lettings reviews, renewals etc.
- undertaking biannual health and safety reviews including ‘writing up’ necessary amendments to policies & procedures.
- liaising with external property letting stakeholders including organising maintenance.
- assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when needed.
- is an articulate communicator with a strong command of the English language, written & spoken. Picking up the phone and handling all Estate correspondence won’t daunt you.
- is highly affable, enjoys working as part of a close-knit team and doesn’t mind working individually.
- is resilient and can laugh when things go wrong.
- can multi-task, is highly organised & can work to deadline.
- has a keen eye for detail and is highly organised.

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
