**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per established procedures.
- Excel and outlook are a must
- Must be able to get to OX141TR
- hours can be changed slightly but ideally 8am-5pm

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abingdon: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
