Global Inventory Controller

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into operation, but can also work strategically to overcome long-term challenges in a fast-growing business.
**KPIs**:
- Inventory adjustments as a % of total stock
- Inventory accuracy between 3PL WMS and NetSuite
- Stock availability across all Warehouses and stores
**Integrity and accuracy of inventory**:
- Discover innovative methods to ensure continual improvements to regional inventory accuracy
- Work to minimise stock losses; ensuring all adjustments are recorded with accurate root cause assigned and within acceptable tolerances
- Assist with regular stock reconciliations between 3PL WMS and NetSuite, investigating discrepancies and working to iteratively reduce occurrences of missing transactions between the systems
- Assist with stock reconciliations between store systems and NetSuite
- Assist with reporting on the annual inventory counts for all warehouses and stores in the region; investigate the results and provide feedback and reports
- Work with 3PLs to implement perpetual inventory at all sites
- NetSuite super user
- Promote best practise and provide support visits to stores and 3PLs for training
- Monitor Inventory Control mailbox and answer all queries in a timely manner
- Looking at current processes and systems and identifying risks
**Requirements**:
- OBSESSED by detail and getting it right first time
- Experienced in working with 3PLs
- Able to demonstrate real examples of taking ownership of projects/improvements right through to the end result
- Track record of assessing process gaps fixing them and working with stakeholders to change their ways of working to ensure failures to do not reoccur
- Experienced with an ERP system is critical, someone IT savvy who is able to bring experience of improved information sharing both internally and externally is also essential
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Previous Inventory management experience at a Head Office level is essential
