FM&P brings together several Finance Business Partner teams, Strategic Finance Advisors and Resource Modelling and Analysis into teams which are each aligned to a DWP group and director general.
As Finance Business Partners, we are responsible for the effectiveness of internal financial controls and the day-to-day financial administration of the business. You will have several key responsibilities to support the work of the team and in engaging with a range of stakeholders.
The roles in this job advert are challenging and varied with accountability for a wide range of people and financial data. The roles will be at the heart of several of the key work areas within Financial Management and Partnering Directorate, which include the following:

This is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement and your office will be your contractual place of work. The number of days that anyone will be able to work at home will be determined primarily by business need, but personal circumstances and other relevant circumstances will also be taken into account. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working, including whether a hybrid working arrangement is suitable for you, will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.
