New Business / Sales Executive

£25,000, OTE £29,000 - Uncapped Commission plus amazing benefits

My Client:
My client is one of the UK's leading providers of van leasing and van contract hire for new vans to businesses and private individuals. Due to continued growth my client is now looking to hire new business / sales executives to their team. Working Hours:9am-6pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm Friday (1 early shift allowable per week on Mon-Thurs 8am -5pm). 1 Saturday (9am - 2pm) every 3 weeks.

The role:
Your role as a new business / sales executive will be to sell new commercial vehicles and cars to new customer enquiries using qualified inbound leads, no cold calling.

Excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner are essential to the role. You will also need to be organised and be able to work on your own initiative and be able to conform to regulatory compliance standards.
- Contact all new customers on a sales cycle
- Utilise upselling opportunities with qualified inbound leads
- Maintain a partnership with customers to ensure effective contact throughout the sales process
- Log all activity on CRM
- Keep track of all prospects
- Have a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and vehicles available
- Consistently achieve targets

- Excellent telephone skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently whilst forming part of a larger team
- Self-motivation and adaptability
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, react quickly, and meet tight deadlines
- Determination, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills
- IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient
