- The Studio :_

The Studio is such a crucial part of the customer’s digital journey - bringing the New Look product to life in the best way possible. We show our customers how to wear our product in an aspirational way, referencing the latest fashion trends and listening to our customer’s needs, and lifestyle. - The Role:_
- The New Look Studio is a dynamic and fast paced department focused on producing high quality imagery and content for the New Look Brand. It will produce e-commerce imagery for over 30,000 products a year as well as New Look brand assets.- This is an extremely fast-paced role and requires proven ability to produce flawless and high-resolution image retouching including clean up, enhancement, colour changing and colour correction of product and fashion photography.- Responsibilities:_
- Produce a consistent and high standard of image retouching- Responsible for delivering the required level of retouching to ensure that the product is not over retouched/left unretouched when retouching is required so that the New Look product is shown in a flattering but always authentic way.- Maintain or ideally exceeding retouching targets of 35 products per day meeting the agreed SLA’s- Uploading imagery, ensuring all images have been uploaded under correct file names- Work with the Retouching Manager to ensure that your daily workload is prioritised according to the business/department requirements- Follow seasonal updates and creative direction- About You:_
- At least 2 years experience as a retoucher across ecommerce and creative studios- Excellent Photoshop, Capture One and Camera Raw knowledge and its related software- Mac literate with excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Bridge, Outlook, Excel, google sheets and digital asset management software- Strong knowledge of colour profiles and colour matching is essential- Competency in building actions and automated processes- Exceptional at multitasking and outstanding organisational skills; able to use initiative and to work in pressurised environment- Excellent understanding of colour correction techniques- Strong time management skills- Forward thinker and flexible with “can do” attitude- Solution driven- Confident and calm under pressure- Good understanding of the overall Photo studio Operation including photography and styling processes- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work well to deadlines and under pressure- Why New Look?_
