Shop Supervisor

*Overview*

*Responsibilities*
- Manage and supervise shop staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor new employees on shop procedures
- Maintain a clean and organised shop environment
- Liaise with the General Manager on a regular basis

*Requirements*
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
- Previous experience in supervising a team
- Administrative skills for record-keeping and reporting
- Cash handling skills
- Go getter attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.44 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
