Handy Man (woman/person) urgently required

Are you a skilled and versatile individual with a knack for fixing things? We are seeking a Handy Man to join our team and assist with various maintenance and repair tasks. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and plumbing repairs
- Repair or replace broken equipment, fixtures, or appliances
- Install or assemble furniture, shelving, or other items as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff
- Keep records of repairs and maintenance activities

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills to interact with staff and residents
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
