**We have an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a reputable Legal 500 Law Firm in Hertfordshire**

The Firm

Our client is an award winning and progressive Law Firm based in London and Hertfordshire. They are a reputable Legal 500 firm who, as a result of continued expansion, have an opportunity for a Residential Paralegal in their Hertfordshire office.

The Opportunity

The role will consist of providing assistance to the fee earners in dealing with clients, mortgagees, estate agents, brokers, other Solicitors and third parties on a range of transactions. Tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Providing estimates
- Carrying out searches
- Reporting on search results and mortgage offers
- Dealing with enquiries and file progression on all types of transaction
- Dealing with all required pre-completion tasks
- Handling completions
- Dealing with registrations

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 2 years' experience as a Residential Property Paralegal required
- Law degree and / or LPC desired but not essential
- Confident in working to tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Genuine interest to develop a successful career within Residential Property
