**Job Description Summary**: As a Service Operations Specialist, you will be ensuring first class service contract process execution on customer service contracts; install base data entry and data quality for assigned area. You will also ensure timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services, cost debrief & management, Customer & Supplier creation/management. You will act as a liaison/partner with Service Sales, Field Service and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to invoicing and contract administration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
- Provide both service agreement, and time and material program management
- Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
- Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
- Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams
- Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Collaborates with others to solve issues
- Work all functions within Service Operations including Customer Service Centre (jobs booking, parts ordering, FMI and Logistics)

**Qualifications and experience**
- Degree in business or related field of study (or equivalent)
- Basic experience in the Services & Customer Contract Management
- Knowledge of Service business & products
- Knowledge of Siebel Service Max, BFE and Oracle suite is preferred
- Proven experience in a similar operations or customer facing service center

**Desirable skills**:

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute program

**Eligibility requirements**:
A good level of English and a valid local work permit
