**Echo Healthcare Services** are looking for **Healthcare Assistants (HCA)** to work regular shifts in a stunning residential home in Corby.

We are looking to hire talented Healthcare Assistants that are passionate about supporting the elderly.

You will be welcomed to the Echo Healthcare team with access to staff benefits such as a full range of online training, holiday, weekly pay, Enhanced DBS.

The main responsibilities of the job are to support adults living with dementia to live as independently as possible. As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will be supporting elderly residents to live well in a warm, homely, and friendly supportive residential home.

The hours will be 12 hr shifts 1900-0700 night shifts on a full time rota.

The wellbeing of all residents comes first and foremost, as a precautionary measure, you must have had at least 2 vaccines for COVID-19.

**Desirable but not Essential**:

- Good communication skills and willingness to work flexibly to suit our client's needs.
- Practical People Moving and Handling training certificate (dated within 1 year)
- OR a Care Certificate (dated within 3 years)
- OR Full Mandatory training (dated within 1 year)
