**Shift Pattern**:6pm - 6am, 3on 3off rotating shift pattern**
**Pay: £12.92 p/h**

**What You'll Be Doing**:
As a Hygiene Operative, you’ll be an essential part of the production team, ensuring all hygiene standards are met or exceeded. Your day-to-day will include:
- Thoroughly cleaning production lines and equipment to the highest standards
- Completing hygiene tasks as directed by the Hygiene Team Leader
- Ensuring accurate completion of cleaning records and reports
- Proactively reporting any hygiene or food safety concerns
- Following strict food safety and manual handling procedures
- Removing waste correctly and minimising environmental impact
- Wearing appropriate PPE and maintaining hygiene practices at all times
**What We're Looking For**:
- Previous experience in a **food manufacturing environment**
- Understanding of **food hygiene and safety standards** (Food Hygiene Level 2, HACCP Level 2, COSHH Level 1)
- Strong awareness of **HACCP principles** and hygiene best practices
- Reliable, energetic, and self-motivated with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Comfortable working in both high-risk and low-risk areas
