**Community Sales Assistant**

Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Community Sales Assistant. They value passion and drive and are seeking someone who embodies these qualities to help grow their business and engage with their valued clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead sales, marketing, and event coordination efforts.
- Maintain organized and accurate sales records.
- Ensure territory coverage during shifts and work towards meeting sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to achieve revenue goals through strategic sales and marketing.
- Represent the company positively and professionally in the community to meet both personal and company sales objectives.
- Actively engage with potential customers to build brand awareness and spark interest in client brands.
- Distribute promotional materials to support personal sales goals.
- Participate in in-office training with the management team and work in designated territories to achieve sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- A warm and approachable personality with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies (training will be provided).
- Flexibility to work daytime hours, including weekends.
- Enjoy evenings and all major holidays off.

Additional pay:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
