We now have an opening in our Pensions Administration department for a data cleanse specialist associate consultant with experience in managing and cleansing Pension Scheme data to join our team in Winchester.
- What will you be doing?_
The project work you will be doing will include assisting schemes as they prepare for buy-out/buy in, assisting with GMP data preparedness and the future Pensions Dashboard. Other work will include helping schemes meet their regulatory data requirements and supporting the wider data team on internal projects (such as new business transition).
- What qualities, skills and experience are we looking for?_
- Ideally PMI qualified or willing to study towards relevant qualifications
- Knowledge of DB pension schemes, along with working knowledge of other occupational pension schemes
- Proves pensions project work - i.e. scheme events, data migration, re-calculation, analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Project
- Experience carrying out complex manual pension's calculations
- Client facing project management experience (Prince2 preferred but not essential)
- Good understanding of various codes of professional ethics and standards as promulgated by the PMI
- Experience in producing and implementing project plans
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player with the ability to build strong relationships
- Able to take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
- Able to prioritise workloads with conflicting importance, keeping to deadlines, agreed service levels and disclosure requirements
