**The Company**

Pilotfish Trading Ltd have been selling pens, fine writing and stationery on the internet since 2006. They have since branched out and now operate in more product categories including bicycle tyres, and window fashions. They have over 22,000 SKU’s and do roughly 600-700 orders a day (Sun-Fri) between a small team of 7 people, operating on their own three websites, eBay and Amazon all through their own bespoke software.

**The Position**

Our Warehouse Operatives are in charge of the daily dispatch operations, ensuring orders leave on time to meet the customer promise, as well as ensuring stock deliveries into the warehouse go away as quickly as possible. They work with other management to ensure the warehouse operates in sync with the frontend operations of the business.

This is a Monday-Friday role. We would ideally like to move to a 7 day dispatch soon (currently doing 6 days), so there is opportunity for flexibility around this, and can be discussed at interview stage.

**The Location**

We are located on Sandy Lane Industrial Estate in Stourport On Severn, DY139QB. This is not a remote role.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Daily dispatch (pick and pack) operations to ensure orders leave on time.
- Make sure stock deliveries go away in a timely manner.
- Warehouse tidiness in line with health and safety requirements.
- Work to improve productivity and efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills.
- High attention to detail
- We are a small team that does almost everything in-house, so somebody that sees a problem, finds a solution and delivers the required work is essential. Somebody that’s not afraid to get hands-on to achieve the overall targets.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
