The Oaksmere is an independently owned lovingly restored country house, just outside of Eye, Suffolk. Boasting a vibrant restaurant, inviting pub, lively cocktail bar and 14 luxury boutique hotel rooms.

Our menus are a celebration of the finest East Anglian food and drink. With locality and seasonality at the heart of our ethos our chefs create dishes showcasing the highest quality produce the area has to offer alongside ingredients harvested from our own Victorian walled garden and on-site butchery.

We host a range of events from corporate hospitality, intimate celebrations, elegant private dining to extravagant weddings.

**Requirements of Hotel Receptionist**
- We are seeking highly organised, professional, and self-motivated people to join a team dedicated to exceptional customer service
- As receptionist you are often the first person the guests meet and the last person to bid them farewell on departure so you will need excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
- As our receptionist you would be responsible for our guests’ journey from booking to leaving so personal organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively through the business are essential
- Manage hotel, restaurant, events booking effectively communicating guests’ requirements and keeping guest records
- Experience preferred but not essential as full training is provided. Whether you are starting out in your career or looking for a new challenge we are seeking outstanding individuals to join our team

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
