**Recruitment Administrator**

**Belfast City Centre**

Due to an internal promotion we are working with a leading employer based in Belfast City Centre to recruit for a Recruitment Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

The Recruitment Administrator will manage the administrative and compliance function and play a major part in ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

**Your new role as a Recruitment Administrator**
- Carrying out administrative support tasks for the team
- Managing and updating spreadsheets
- Managing the Microsoft Outlook shared inbox
- Sending out standard terms of business & schedules
- Maintaining the internal CRM System ensuring information is up to date.
- Providing training on CRM System
- Compiling and reporting on company data on a weekly and monthly basis
- Making sure that all compliance is adhered to in line with GDPR
- Manage communication with staff about changes, new polices and rules, company events
- Responsible for attendance register
- Sending out and following up references

**What you’ll need to succeed as a Recruitment Administrator**
- At least 1 years’ previous experience of working in a busy and varied administrative role
- Strong communication/customer service skills
- Demonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages in particular Word and Excel
- The ability to deliver creative solutions to problem solving
