Our Client is a leading contractor in the renewable energy sector, dedicated to creating a greener and more sustainable future. We are currently seeking a highly skilled **Senior Planner **to join our team and contribute to the successful development of a cutting-edge Wind Farm project in Norwich.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Senior Planner, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of the project. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, and project management to coordinate and optimize project activities.
- Conducting feasibility assessments, risk analyses, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and environmental requirements in all project planning activities.
- Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software for scheduling and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid role, with the flexibility to be on-site 50% of the time.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
- Relevant certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
