We have a new opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator to join our client based in Billingham.
This is a temp to perm role working 37.5 hours per week taking responsibility for all aspects of the facilities services and building maintenance.
**Duties**:

- Provide the coordination of maintenance and minor new works
- Act as a direct liaison to establish required scope of works, including appropriate planning of resources, manpower and material acquisition
- Coordinate and oversee visits of sub-contractors to ensure they have the appropriate site access and competence to complete tasks
- Review and assist in the production of risk assessments and method statements (when required)
- Assist the helpdesk function ensuring timely response to clients for all requests
- Assisting the maintenance of the site BMS and report issues to SFS
- Complete regular building audits and propose improvements
- Co-ordinate works such as helpdesk and administrative services, cleaning & hygiene services, janitorial services, handyman services, maintenance services and compliance services
**Requirements**:

- IOSH, NEBOSH or BIFM qualification, or willing to work towards
- Organised, proactive and problem solving
- Confident in identifying, evaluating, correcting errors, and developing processes
- Able to communicate effectively face to face, by telephone and electronically
- Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience leading and motivating a team to achieve objectives and managing a busy workload
