A hands on Java/Kotlin **Tech Lead** with Kubernetes, Kafka, Spring Boot, CI/CD with Jenkins/Docker is required to work with a renowned FinTech.

The Tech Lead will be reposnsible for heading up a small team of 3 working on a new and exciting project. The primiary language used in this role will be Kotlin however no prior Kotlin experience is required. An exceptional Tech Lead **with Java expereince willing to learn/work with Kotlin will be considered**.

The work will focus on server-side engineering, designing and building performant cloud-native microservices with clean APIs.

Please note the rate for this role is £700-800pd working outside IR35 and fully remote.

Essential Skills:

- Java (essential)
- Kotlin (ideally)
- Kafka
- Kubernetes
- CICD and relevant tooling (Jenkins)
- TDD
- Docker
