Personal Assistants (Support Workers) are at the heart of ENABLE Scotland, you will make a positive difference every day to the lives of the people we support. No two days are the same for our Personal Assistants, but we can guarantee that you will be supportingsomeone to achieve their goals and outcomes - whatever they may be Each person you will be supporting has specific needs so your role as Support Worker may include assisting them with various aspects of their mental health, emotional support, personal care, moving and handling or positive behavioural support whilst alsosupporting them to expand their social networks and connections in their local community. Each person we support is uniquely different and thus we are looking for wonderfully unique people to support. The people we support have many varied interests and hobbies and have many of the same dreams and aspirations as we do; they just too often donot get the opportunity to experience these same opportunities.
