**Senior Support Worker - Children's Home**
**Between St Helens and Wigan**
**Up to £32,000**

**Job Details**:

- Team Leader / Senior Support Worker
- Joining a national organisation, that offers training and support from day 1
- Joining a home based between St Helens and Wigan
- The home specialises in support for 1 child
- The home specialises in support for children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- As a Team Leader you will hold management responsibilities to ensure the staff team provides therapeutic and effective support to the YP within the person
- You will lead shifts and support staff on shift
- You will provide support to the YP within the home
- Work within the management team to ensure the home provides OFSTED standard support
- Support with recruitment

**Contract Details**:

- Full-time, permanent contract
- 1 on, 2 off + sleeps
- £13.50 p/h
- Sleep in rate = £30 per sleep

**Requirements Details**:

- Essential - Level 3/4 in children and young people
- Essential - Driving Licence and access to a care
- Ideal - Team Leader / Senior Support Worker experience
