Trainee Estimator

**Trainee Estimator - 24k**

Pure Office Solutions in one of leading office fitout and interiors specialists in the West Midlands. We are looking for a Trainee Estimator to join our expanding business who will work alongside and support the existing team. The role will include working closely within the interiors team. site survey visits and estimating projects. Experience in the construction industry is preferable but not essential as full training will be giving.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

To include but not limited to:

- Working as part of the interiors team.
- Acknowledging and logging new enquiries.
- Working under senior member of the team to interpret client requirements and submit quotations clearly and concisely.
- Requesting contract prices for materials and labour from our suppliers.
- Collecting and gathering the information that will be used to produce project estimates.
- Maintain good relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Attending meetings both pre and post tender.

**Skills**
- Experience pricing work.
- Computer literacy, including MS office software.
- Ability to use CAD preferable but not essential.
- Organised, self-motivated, and resourceful.
- Good communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Full UK Driving licence preferred.
