Coffee Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Barista Supervisor to join our fun, lively team at Bem Coffee in Woking. You will be working across both our locations in St John's and our new location in Knaphill, Woking

**Responsibilities include**:

- You know coffee You are able to making sure your team are serving absolutely superb coffee and give them the enthusiasm to love coffee just as much as you do.
- You support your Management team to drive the coffee shop performance and deliver amazing results;
- You constantly inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, keeping expectations & standards high;
- You support the Management team to develop your team. Through coaching & developing, you lead your team to be the best they can be;
- You’ll be confident in running shifts and work closely with your Management team, inspiring the team to go the extra mile for our customers;
- You’ll ensure the day-to-day basic practices of the coffee shop are maintained at all times including coffee quality, food quality, customer experience, health & safety and food hygiene & allergen practices;
- You’ll know how to deal effectively with customer feedback, using this as an opportunity to improve performance and operational best practice;
- In the absence of your Managers, you lead the coffee shop as if it were your own;
- Assisting the Managers with any tasks needed to run the shop.

Pay: £10.81-£12.10 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
