**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Style Director, as Public Area Stylist you will play a key role in ensuring cleanliness throughout the hotel, including public spaces and back of house areas.

Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s operation and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate

As Public Area Stylist, key aspects of your role will include:

- Clean public and employee restrooms and showers
- Clean glass in public and employee areas
- Clean floors in public and employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Clean bathrooms
- Remove trash and empty ashtrays into proper containers
- Inspect condition of furniture for tears, rips and stains and report damage
- Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
- Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishings
- Take ownership of guest issues and see them through to resolution
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols
- Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent
- Ensure grooming standards are met with clean uniform and neat personal appearance

The new W hotel accommodates guests across 244 stylish guestrooms, including 45 suites. While staying here, guests benefit from the brand’s signature Whatever / Whenever service philosophy.

Pay: £12.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
