Due to their continued success and growth, they are looking for a Residential Conveyancer/Property Solicitor to effectively take on their existing caseload and run their residential conveyancing department which is still in its relative infancy. As such thisprovides a great opportunity to put your own mark on a growing business by 'making it your own'.
My client is ideally looking for an experienced licensed conveyancer or property solicitor who is capable of growing the business from the current caseload of approximately 15 files. You must have knowledge of Sales & Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold, re-mortgagesand transfer of equity matters from instruction to completion.
You will be a driven and ambitious individual, with a keen focus on client care. There is genuine opportunity to develop your career with this firm and build something from a warm start with all leads being qualified via a close partnership with a local andsucessful estate agency.
