1. The complaints team require additional officer to cover the complaints service for responsive repairs.

2. Manage Members Enquiries and Local Resolutions/housing ombudsman determinations and work order completions via the Responsive repairs contractors.

What qualities for you’re looking for:
Attention to detail, ability to manage large caseload. Must have a secure working environment at home as the role will be home based initially. Ideally they will need previous experience in managing complaints and working with local authority environment. Experienced IT professional with knowledge of CRM management in particular Northgate. Word & Excel

rate: £20 umbrella

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £16.00-£19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Complaint handling: 1 year (preferred)
