School Cleaner

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised School Cleaner who takes pride in their work and is able to self-manage themselves effectively.
The list below is not exhaustive and may be altered from time to time.
- Daily cleaning of the school site, to the standard required and in accordance with the daily, weekly, monthly etc checklists
- Ensure all rubbish and recycling is removed on a daily basis where possible
- Ensure the various dispensers including toilet roll are checked and topped up daily
- Ensuring that all cleaning materials are kept in a locked cupboard when not in use
- Reporting any breakages or damage to the Facilities Manager on a daily basis
- Being a keyholder and locking the designated building.
- Attend meetings with Facilities Manager and Bursary
- Any other reasonable request made by the Facilities Manager and Bursar
There will be a requirement to work approximately 4 weeks during the school holiday periods for the purpose of deep cleaning.
All applicants must have a right to work in the UK and willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £7.81-£11.43 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
