**Production Supervisor**

**Duties and Responsibilities**

We're looking for a full time Production Supervisor for our bed factory who has at least 3 years proven experience in the same role in a well-known bed company before. We will prefer someone who also knows the bed production process and has either skills as upholterer, framer or finisher to be able to work along the production team:
Production Manager will have the responsibilities:

- Ensuring that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements
- Informing a production team of preferred occupational health and safety practices
- Communicating expectations to production team members and evaluating their performance
- Implementing relevant emergency response procedures during emergency situations
- Regularly checking the machinery and checkpoints to ensure safe and efficient workflow
- Compiling reports about production and providing management with updates
- Managing the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment
- Ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly

**Salary**: £18,745.91-£40,411.22 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Heckmondwike: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
