Night Concierge

We are an ever-expanding company who are looking for a motivated individual to join our team.

Salary will be £31,704 per year, rising to 34,444.80 after probation. Uniform will be provided following successful completion of probation period of 6 months. 12 hr. shift with times from 19h00 - 07h00(56 hr. per week.), 20 days holiday entitlement per annum.

Main duties will include:

- Meet and greet Residents & Visitors
- Screen all visitors and contractors, ensure they have permission to be in the building
- Report any suspicious/unusual behavior - Enter all events and relevant information in the diary
- Report incidents, Health & Safety, security, and cleaning issues - Release packages to Residents
- Handle apartment keys
- Patrol internal and external communal areas

Please note:

- You must have a good command of spoken and written English
- have a valid passport and allowed to work in the UK
- be IT literate as a lot of this sites communication and operational systems will be IT based
- be able to work on your own and under pressure
- be well presented and have good timekeeping
- be flexible
- Must not live further than 1hr from development
- Have good customer care understanding and be able to put this into practice

Pay: £31,704.00-£34,444.80 per year

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
