To carry out any necessary operation of grip production from cutting, weaving, part marking to swaging of the finished product.

**SHIFT PATTERN**:
Monday to Thursday, 16.45pm - 02.00am

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
- Operate process equipment as assigned in a safe and efficient manner.
- Complete daily assigned tasks to meet production volume and schedule.
- Ensure that the work environment is maintained clean, safe and organised.
- Perform assigned task complying to quality systems requirements.
- Conform to all Health & Safety directives and company procedures.
- Identify and report unsafe practices to supervision immediately
- Ability to self-start yet take orders as directed
- Maintain a flexible approach to all aspects of the job
- Abide by company rules and regulations as detailed in the Staff Handbook
- Treat all company information with confidentiality.
- To put the needs of our customers and suppliers first.
- Attend meetings and training courses when necessary.
- Maintain positive and respectful work relation with customers, vendors,

co-workers and management.
- Encourage and foster a helpful environment where teamwork and continuous improvement prevail.
- Past experience of general hand tools, drill, angle grinder etc.
- Use of presses would be an advantage.
- Self motivated and conscientious.
