**The Role**

We’re currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Recruiter to join our long-established and reputable Domiciliary Care branches in the South East Wales on a full-time basis, working from home. There will be a requirement for you to attend meetingsat branches and community/recruitment events in the South East Wales Region there it is essential that you drive and live within the region.

**Salary: **£23,000 to £25,000 per annum

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Including, but not limited to:

- Actively promote the company and the role of care workers by being involved in recruitment campaigns such as attending recruitment fairs, colleges, universities, job centres, shopping centres etc
- Ensure the branch maintains a strong pipeline of new carers joining the business.
- Screen and interview all applicants
- Undertake other duties as requested by your Line Manager.
- Able to prioritise, particularly under pressure.
