We are looking for an articulate, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to work in our Whitefield office. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our operational support.

**About the role**
- Present feedback from Partners to management and other departments
- Always ensure professional levels of service to our partners and customers
- Build good rapport with Partners
- Adhere to GDPR regulations
- Liaise with Partners to optimise their business with us
- Work with Partners to resolve issues
- Assist other departments at short notice when required
- Deliver internal reporting and communication with other teams and offices

**What you’ll need**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly adaptable and fast-learner due to brand new tasks in this new project
- Clear verbal and written communicator
- Professional and confident telephone manner
