Operations Director

We are currently working in partnership with a leading tier one utility provider with locations across the UK. The position will involve working on an established utility framework contract throughout the South.

As Operations Director, this role can offer long term security working with a strong team of commercial and operational leaders. You will also have the flexibility to manage your own workload through the region offering a better work-life balance.

- Responsible for a workstream of various utility projects in excess of £40M per annum
- Management and reporting of KPI 's with the client
- Understanding contract scope and opportunities
- Forward thinking with the ability to provide innovation
- Providing an honest view of the company performance
- Commercial awareness
- Overseeing a heat map of issues with clients
- Risk management with clients
- Business improvement
- Demonstrating performance and identifying improvement
- Providing case studies
- Interacting with operating areas
- Improving client perceptions
- **Requirements**:_
- Previous experience of operating at a senior level in the utilities industry is essential
- The ability to provide regular innovation to contracts
- Excellent communication skills
