The Role

An outstanding full-service law firm, known for their excellent client care & recognised across the region for its outstanding ability to cover the full spectrum of work at a high level.

The firm is now seeking to appoint a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to work alongside their highly recommended partner and legal 500 team, to help in driving forward a varied & resilient legal practice.

There is a steady flow of existing and future work within the department, allowing the successful Real Estate solicitor to come in & hit the ground running & tap into a lucrative client base.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded law firm & handle some great quality work and clients.

The Person

Commercial Property Associate with 5+ years PQE (or equivalent)
Experience working within a reputable commercial property team
Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
You will have handled Developments, investment, acquisitions, disposals and asset management of commercial properties
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
