Scott FPS Ltd is a local family run business. We are currently seeking 2 x OfficeAssistances (Job Share) to join our team based at our office in Barry.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide admin support to the team
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Manage the set-up of new customers and update maintenance database as and when required.
- Other adhoc duties to support the smooth running of the office
Key skills and experience:
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer and processing skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to work well individually and as part of a team
- Well organised with a methodical approach to work
- Able to work to deadlines
**Qualifications**:Minimum of 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C or proven experience
**Salary**:National Living/Minimum Wage pro-rata
**Job Types**:Part - Time, Permanent
**Hours/Working Pattern**:
Position 1 - 9.00-13.15 Monday to Friday
Position 2 - 12.45-17.00 Monday to Friday
**Holidays**:Annual Leave Plus Bank Holidays - Pro-rata
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4.15 per week
**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: One location
